About Home in July

We help real estate listings look their best and get seen. Two things live here: cinematic seasonal films made from the photos a listing already has, and Top Listings, a live board where listings compete for the number one spot.

The story

It started with a simple problem. Half the year, listings photograph dead: grey sky, bare trees, snow hiding the garden, or a home shot under flat noon light. Buyers cannot picture the place at its best. So we began turning the listing photos agents already have into short cinematic films that show the home in its best season or at golden hour. No new shoot, no scheduling, delivered in 24 hours.

Then we built the board. Top Listings is a single public leaderboard for real estate. A listing goes on for as little as five dollars, and its rank is set by the total paid to hold the position. Anyone can outbid anyone, from anywhere. Every payment ranks a listing for 24 hours on the Today board and forever on the All-time board. Whoever holds number one when the week closes wins a cinematic film of their home, made and premiered by us.

How Top Listings works

List your property free to start the process, then pay from five dollars to place it on the board. Position is the cumulative amount paid, highest first. Paying less than the number one price still places you wherever your total can reach. Payments are final, and a higher bidder can take your position at any time. Placement is paid promotion, not a valuation or endorsement of any property.

What the films are

A cinematic film of a listing is 60 seconds or more, made from the photos the agent already has. Exteriors can be reimagined in a different season or at golden hour, clearly labeled as visualizations. Interiors are never altered. The result is ready for the MLS, social media, and a listing presentation.

An honest note: seasonal and twilight exterior shots are AI visualizations crafted from the listing's real photos and captioned on screen. Buyers always see the truth, plus the one thing photos cannot show: the same home in a different month.
